The guiding light behind Sapient Senior Secondary Public School is its visionary founder, Late Shri R.C. Thakur — an educationist of extraordinary vision, compassion, and dedication. Born with an unwavering belief in the transformative power of education, he devoted his life to creating learning opportunities that were inclusive, purposeful, and impactful.
In 1994, Late Shri R.C. Thakur founded Sapient Senior Secondary Public School in Pinjore with a noble mission: to establish an institution where every student — regardless of background — could access quality education that would shape them into responsible, capable, and compassionate citizens of tomorrow.
His legacy lives on through every student who walks through our gates, every teacher who imparts knowledge with passion, and every parent who entrusts their child to our care. His philosophy — that ज्ञानं परमं बलम् (Knowledge is the Supreme Power) — remains the cornerstone of everything we do at Sapient. We honour his memory by continuing to build upon the foundation he so carefully laid, inspiring generation after generation to reach for their highest potential.
