๐ A Journey to Remember: Sapient Students Discover the Magic of the Himalayas ๐๏ธโจ
Sapient Senior Secondary Public School, Pinjore organised an exciting and memorable 4-day educational and recreational trip to Manali for the students of Classes VII to XII. ๐๐๏ธ The students were accompanied by Managing Director Sir, Mr. Rakesh Thakur, Principal Maโam, Ms. Pooja Thakur, and 15 teachers, who guided and supported the students throughout the journey. ๐จโ๐ซ๐ฉโ๐ซ๐ซ
The journey commenced from the school with an overnight bus journey to Manali. ๐๐ The students travelled with great enthusiasm and excitement, making the journey itself a memorable experience. ๐๐
On reaching Manali, the students checked into the hotel, had breakfast and took some rest. ๐จ๐ฝ๏ธ The local sightseeing included visits to the beautiful Hadimba Devi Temple followed by an enjoyable outing to Mall Road. ๐๐๏ธ Students explored the local surroundings, enjoyed shopping and experienced the vibrant charm of Manali. ๐๏ธโจ
The next day was filled with adventure and scenic beauty. ๐โ๏ธ The students visited Solang Valley, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and adventure activities. ๐๏ธ๐ฟ They also visited the magnificent Atal Tunnel and Sissu Valley, where they enjoyed spectacular Himalayan views and the chilly mountain weather. ๐๐๏ธโ๏ธ The day concluded with dinner and a fun-filled DJ evening, creating wonderful memories for everyone. ๐ฝ๏ธ๐ถ๐๐บ
On the final day, the group visited Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara and Shiv Temple where students experienced the peaceful and spiritual atmosphere of the sacred place. ๐๐ After lunch, the students began their return journey to school. ๐โค๏ธ
The trip was a perfect blend of education, adventure, exploration and recreation. ๐๐๏ธ๐ It provided students with an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom, appreciate nature, explore new places and strengthen the bonds of friendship, cooperation and togetherness. ๐ค๐ฟโจ
